Support requests can be made 24/7/365 via the methods described below:
 
1.      Support request via the Control Panel
The preferred method is to follow this procedure: Submit a ticket
 
2.      Support request via e-mail
Should the Control Panel not be accessible, a ticket can be opened by sending
an e-mail to:
 
EMEA PLATFORM:

The subject of the e-mail will be used as the ticket Short Description.
